Josh Hager

Josh Hager brings extensive experience in executive leadership, value creation, and strategic business development. Throughout his career, Josh has led business turnarounds, improved profitability, modernized operations, and built strategic partnerships across international markets.

He served as CEO of Industrial Automation Group, leading strategic growth and operational improvement, and was Managing Director at Falcon Affiliates, a family-office-backed private equity firm focused on lower-middle-market, business-to-business companies.

Prior to that he spent nearly 15 years with Hager Companies, serving in multiple leadership roles, including President and Chief Operating Officer.
